Medium and long term positions will be reliant on ETL’s training and skills transfer programmes and in this respect ETL has partnered with the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti in Romania which offers industry relevant diplomas and degrees in mechanical and electrical engineering, oil and gas engineering, oil technology and petrochemistry letters and sciences, economics and industry research to train batswana personnel during the project construction programme in order to prepare them to manage, operate and maintain the completed installations.
